Interior Finishes
The entry demanded a “wow” factor and we knew we wanted to source for the perfect light fixture for this foyer. We searched for the appropriate style, size, and materials to create a grand and welcoming entrance. A statement multi-drop pendant chandelier hangs from the ceiling, serving as a vertical focal point that complements the tall space. The space features a double-height ceiling that enhances openness and allows natural light to flow through multiple levels. Large windows on both walls provide ample daylight, highlighting the neutral wall colors and light wood flooring. The staircase has light wood treads and a glass railing with a minimalist black handrail, creating a sleek and airy aesthetic. The use of soft grays, whites, and natural wood tones contributes to a clean, modern, and inviting atmosphere. The crisp window trims and recessed ceiling lights reinforce the modern design language.
Furniture + Decor
Sleek and modern selections were made to complement the architecture, finishes and fixtures. Focusing on a neutral color palette, incorporating multiple textures to create layers of interest, and soft materials add warmth to this modern farmhouse.
